Introduction

This TNG modification moves the Notes section to above the Map section on the person page.

This mod was developed by Brett McPhee.

Requirements

• A working TNG installation.
• A backup of all affected files (see the list in the summary in the upper right corner of the page)
• An installed current version of the Mod Manager.

Conflicts

If you use the Collapse notes mod with this one, please note that :

1) "Move Notes Above Map" must be installed BEFORE "Collapse notes".
2) When "Collapse Notes" is installed, "Move Notes above Map" will show "Partially Installed" but both mods are working fine.
3) To uninstall, uninstall "Collapse notes" FIRST, then uninstall "Move Notes Above Map"

If you use the Display Private Notes mod with this one, please note that :

1) "Move Notes Above Map" must be installed BEFORE "Display Private Notes".
2) When "Display Private Notes" is installed, "Move Notes above Map" will show "Partially Installed" but both mods are working fine.
3) To uninstall, uninstall "Display Private Notes" FIRST, then uninstall "Move Notes Above Map"

Installation

1. Download the appropriate zip file as shown in the summary in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Extract the file from the downloaded zip file into the mods folder or FTP the extracted file to your mods folder.
3. Follow the normal automated installation for Mod Manager, as shown in the example Mod Manager - Installing Config Files to install the mod.

In the event of a problem

• Try using the Mod Manager Remove capability
• Contact us through the TNG Community forum.
• Copy the backup of the affected files back to your TNG directory
