User support areas
There are two primary places where users can get help from other TNG users:
- The TNG Community Forums
- The TNG User2 mail list. To subscribe, send a message as shown from the TNG Admin Getting Started link
While both of these are provided for users to help each other, Darrin does monitor the User2 list
Reporting Problems
When reporting a problem, you should:
- identify what version of TNG you are running
- provide a URL link to the specific page where you are experiencing a problem
- describe the problem as best you can
- if asking for help with page coding, please indicate what TNG template you are using
- if your site is a closed site, requiring a User to login, please create and provide the user credentials on how a user can access your site
