FGW Version 12.1.0.46 is a major revision of the Family Group Worksheet intended to be compatible with the latest and oldest working installations of TNG, and to reduce the amount of maintenance going forward with future TNG and server upgrades. There probably aren't many functioning TNG sites older than TNGv10.1. That is mainly because the newer versions of PHP and MySQL have become mainstream and are no longer compatible with TNG versions prior to that.
