This modification creates a "birthday calendar"-link in the first menu "find". The birthday calendar displays only the living relatives of the existing tree.

The modification is also compatible with more existing family trees. It will always display the approved set of people. (default pedigree)
The birthday view use the SAME page as the normal calender, only the settings of the calendar are changed!

Requirements

  • A working TNG installation.
  • A backup of the files:
  • genlib.php
  • cust_text.php-files
TNG9
  • A backup of the tng_icon_sprites.png-file in the img-folder (root)

Automated Installation

  1. Download the birthdaycalendar_mod Version V8 or V9 or v10- file
  2. After downloading the zip file, unzip it into your mods folder
  3. Follow the normal automated installation for Mod Manager, as shown in the example Mod Manager - Installing Config Files to install the birthdaycalendar_mod*.cfg-file.

Interaction with other modifications

TNG version: ≤ 8.1.3
TNG version: ≥ 8.0

By simultaneous use of Edit User Profile Mod, this mod should be installed first.
OR the function "function tng_icons" should be also extended in the Edit User Profile Mod to the variable "$tree".
