The EmptyCatIsGood template generates an infobox on a Category page to provide a warning to the TNG Administrator that this Category is allowed to be empty. That is the actual goal. It is not to be deleted, even if empty.

Usage

This infobox may be added by pasting the EmptyCatIsGood template as shown below at the top of an article.

Parameters

The EmptyCatIsGood template includes a blue warning sign to the left and right of the text as shown below. No notes need to be specified.
[[Category:EmptyCatIsGood]][[Category:Sysops]] is to be manually included on the bottom of the Category page.
