Notes	This is a BETA VERSION and it may have many issues. Designed as a complement to Bold_Ancestor_Child_Links and Ancestor_Branch_Checkbox" to narrow searches to identify end of line ancestors.

Introduction

In larger and larger databases, it can be frustrating to hone in attention on direct line ancestors. The Bold Ancestor Child Links Mod has been tremendously useful in this task. This mod can be used as a stand alone or in conjunction with that mod to identify end-of-line ancestors where many of us want to start. It simply puts a checkbox on the search page to limit search results to people in the database who have children but do not have parents. For example, for family line XXX, you may want to search all members of XXX with no parents in order to see if you can follow them back.

Used in conjunction with Bold_Ancestor_Child_Links and my other mod Ancestor_Branch_Checkbox, it can easily identify only the earliest direct ancestors (End of Line). For example, if you wanted to quickly identify your oldest living "Johnson" Ancestor, simply search for last name "Johnson" and check both "Search no parents" and "My line only."

Requirements

• A working TNG installation. This has only been tested on TNG V 11.0.1
• An installed current version of the Mod Manager.

Automated Installation

1. Download the appropriate distribution for your TNG version from the download links in the status area in the upper right.
2. Extract the search_no_parents.zip to your mod folder.
3. Follow the normal automated installation for Mod Manager, as shown in the example Mod Manager - Installing Config Files to install the geocode_assist.cfg.

Conflicts and Issues

I have not found any conflicts or issues with this mod but I suspect there may be some. Please let me know if you find any. The language is ONLY in English.
